I don't like Re:Zero other than in premise alone, but this song makes me wish I did.

Also, I'm assuming things like Shonen Knife or Pizzicato Five doing english versions of their own songs that were originally in japanese, don't count as covers. Since, you know, they're still the original artists and all

I liked Will Stetson's version of Lag Train.

It's not english, but I love the brazilian channel Miura Jam. Their cover's are always great.

Dir En Grey's Glass Skin had both a Japanese and English version.

Also idk if anyone has ever seen D.N.Angel but the English VA that plays Dark(also does Edward in FMA) did a cover of the opening song for the anime.
