There's an app called ChDroid, I think it's new, I'd go try it now.No not really! I used a tool called chdman that MAME offer for free on their website. I just read the instructions, placed the games I wanted to convert into a folder, and ran the program (either CD or DVD depending on the system that the game was for) and it converted each of them into .CHD. each conversion took less than a minute on my device and saved anywhere between 30 and 80% of the disk space. :]

Or Mortal Kombat trilogy, among other games where it's annoying to have a folder with all those loose files; that's the only thing I don't like about PS1 ROMs.It can take some time to convert stuff. I'm doing a massive conversion of my PS1 games for an external RetroBat HDD and I can say depending on how many games you already have in .bin/.cue format it's one of those weekend projects sort of deals, but if you have multiple devices that emulate PS1 or PS2 stuff and you want to be easily able to swap games between them, it's worth the time. It's a shame though that this site and others don't already offer .chd as a download option, especially for games like Rayman that are multiple tracks.
