As more of a manga fan, I'm on the opposite side. I have to fight to tell people that yes as a matter of fact manga is just a comic book.

Well, right. It is a Japanese comic book. There is, however, a clear difference between a manga and American comic book. Similar to how there's a difference between a manga and manwha.

I'm probably not gonna watch, I don't hate it or anything, but, different voice actors and just the overall direction does not appeal to me, here's hoping it turns out to be good tho!

A bit mean towards Indians but honestly while DMC had its over the top moments it had a story.

Bit of a blunt post to be honest but yeah my point stands, there's just this minority of people, tourists if you will, who doesn't want sincerity in the media they watch anymore and they just want to make any and everything a joke and as insincere as possibly can.
