Is there an English translation for Project Justice DC's Board Game?

For those not familiar: the Japanese version of Project Justice (for Dreamcast) included a mode that acted like a board game; taking place in the school grounds.....

That's what I'm kind of thinking.
I'm not sure how easy it would be to create as a lot of what needs to be translated (from what I remember) are the board squares themselves.
