Is there an all-in-one guide on the best settings for each emulators?

As far as I know there isn't, but it would also be impossible to write such a document due to the fact that everyone has different setups and hardware. What may be the best for you may be awful for me, and vice versa. So I doubt you will find one.

But, best of luck.

EmuDeck is what you're looking for! It's basically just a bunch of pre-configured emulators. You will very rarely need to tune anything.

You might have heard the name EmuDeck in reference to people talking about Steam Decks. They have a Windows release as well, and even a config for just using it on a standard PC. Just click on Windows as your OS when downloading.
