For those not in the know, the Speed Force is a concept that exists due to Flash writer Mark Waid. Narratively, it explains all the physics-breaking shenanigans the Flash can get away with while running at inhuman speeds like being able to see while running faster than light or not burning up due to air resistance or not nuking everything within miles of his position. In-universe, the Speed Force is a cosmic plane of energy that grants all speedsters their powers, namely super speed, time travel, and lightning bending.
Looking at a list of abilities the Speed Force can grant, I noticed that the Warner Bros. Road Runner has more than a few traits besides speed, e.g. general dismissal of the laws of physics, inhuman reaction time, the ability to phase through solid objects and increased intelligence. The Road Runner's canonical stats—such as top speed—are difficult to pin down due to lack of creator input but going by the follwing clip, we can safely assume that his cruising speed is 275.6 mph and his highest known speed is over 999 mph:
Given that Wile E. time travels at the end of the road, it strongly implies that the Road Runner can reach a high enough speed to do the same.
So, has the Road Runner successfully tapped into the Speed Force? Please discuss.
