DOES the Road Runner have that grounding? Is the love of bird feed and tormenting a preening supervillain on the daily enough to sustain it's connection to this life? Your guess is as good as mine, but I believe in this weird creature.

I think you have a fantastic point here! RR does relish in his rivalry with Wile E. It's like they're two parts of a whole.

My favorite bit of RR trolling is when he deliberately jumps on a bear trap Wile E. set to assert his dominance.

Speed force? No, but time and time again we see that the laws of science and physics bend for certain characters in the Looney Tunes universe for comedic effect. It's why Road Runner can do things like run through a solid object while Wile E. Coyote will slam into it.

Is it fun to say that the Roadrunner is a Speed Force User? Yes.
Is he? Probably not since he operates on cartoon logic, but he could if Warner Brothers did a DC themed Looney Tunes short. Unfortunately I don't think we'll see one as long as David Zaslav keeps doing his best Judge Doom impression and killing all the WB cartoons.
