Is it possible that someone can do a English retranslation patch for the Fatal Fury games?

I'm a huge fan of the Fatal Fury games and a Terry Bogard fan. Aside from how cool the gameplay for the games can be, the story is also it's greatest part. The problem I have though is the bad localization which causes the original story to be lost in translation and filled with corny dialogue. Plus the Japanese versions of Real Bout Fatal are uncensored where as the ones in the USA are censored. If anyone can do translation patches, I would be extremely grateful.

Of course it's possible but the actual question is "who can and who would".

Can't you just find Japanese scripts and use machine translation for them?
