Not exactly a "prototype" since it WAS released digitally to the public nearly 3 decades ago, but alright.

Not a prototype and not for VR either, it's VR features were removed when launching it in the Sega Channel service. It's a full game, like many others uploaded here as prototypes.

At least Nuclear Rush can be played in VR.

Thanks to Frank Cifaldi for rescuing and preserving this prototype and as a game it reminds me a lot of Battlezone and that is reflected by its game system.

And thank you to Spike also for sharing this game.

This was a game for the cancelled VR headset. I wonder what it would have been like.

You can try it on emulator of it with vr headsets compatible with PC.

Maybe if you talk about "Virtuality" stuff. But still a novel experience for its time. And this one was for simple sprite based graphics. Not 3D ones like in those arcade units.
