PC internet archive is horrible now

This seems like a post of "I want to complain about something, there you go!", and after that thing is working, everything disappears.

Also, the same move as 99% of the time, which is "I want to donate, but hey, it is not that bad, I will wait a little more. I really want to donate, maybe I'll do it later, or tomorrow, or next month...but it is not that bad. It's ok, it finally downloaded", and then never donated.
"There's no better day to support others than tomorrow." At least that's what I heard the day before.

In this topic what I see is it's usually the expression when a person for the first time pays for "higher than usual" download speed ISP service believing it will always grant them that much speed everywhere anytime or paying for such services but it was the first time they exprienced low internet speed so they are like "it's your issue if my download speed is low". This is because of tons of variety of reasons + this thing is how internet works so sometimes it's not even an issue. It's like saying "your smoke is shit because I can't burn it up in space!!!" lolol

Another version of the same frustration is because of torrents. Simply put countries started to ban certain connections a torrent uses to download, therefore these banned connections cannot contribute to your download speed in a way some torrents download too slow or not at all despite others showers "dude this torrent is lightning fast!!!" lol. In a way there may be ISP policy to detect and slow down internet speed from connections that are added into "illegal ones" or something too. In some countries your ISP directly splashes "dude don't download illegal shit m'kay" message, some directly sends cops on ya and some just ignores you lol.

For example around the first time my country attempted to make internet safe and combat piracy they found some scapegoats to scare off so they put a guy who downloaded trial version of a program from the program's website into jail for 2 years and he was crying AF on the news "but it's a free thing, a test thing" and back then our laws didn't make realistic distiction between legal ways of downloading free versions of paid programs lolol.

That's why still to this day to download trial version of Winrar on their official website I first wear my plain black terrorst mask and leather gloves -> I boot up my heavily modified Linux PC and activate a VPN -> I activate my trojan I put into the random far away cafe that has a public internet access so anyone who knows the password may use (it makes hacking them easier!!00100001) -> I re-direct Winrar's trail version download connection being "bounced up" from the PC of the cafe to my designated Virtual PC that you use via streaming on a server you have no idea where it is on Earth by "masking" its connection as one of the known Microsoft's IP address -> after I download the Winrar I download it from the Virtual PC and put it into my USB to the PC I want to install -> I completly destroy the Linux PC I used to download Winrar alongside with the USB stick via acid to destroy evidences for good -> I enjoy closing "me are small indie compnay, please buy Winrar" message everytime I use it. lolol
