Ok so like we all know a good majority of the Vitas library has been ported every where's else, but I wanna know some interesting games stuck on the Vita. Could be obscure or niche, as long as it was a vita exclusive that's stuck on the system then I'd take it.

Tearaway?
I know there's a Tearaway PS4 game, but I don't know if it's a port or its own thing. It'd be tough to replicate Tearaway on another system though

There is! I think it's a remake so it could be played on PS4 dualshock, since the original Tearaway uses a lot of front and back touch panels, the camera is being used as well, I believe the PS4 version also has some extra features.

I'm such an idiot, I forgot to mention Uncharted Golden Abyss.
Also, Soul Sacrifice Delta.

I haven't played it myself, but this:

A big anime crossover rhythm game in the same engine as the Hatsune Miku games.
As far as I can tell, it's only on Vita and was only officially released in Japan. Although, there are fan translations kickin' around

Muramasa Rebirth is an update to the original on the Wii and it's the only Vanillaware game still stuck on the Vita

Tales of Hearts R the tales game exclusive to Vita
Tales of hearts, (not R) was on DS and plays VERY different
tales of innocence R, not in english i don't think?
tales of phantasia X Cross (check title) it's the newest version of tales of phantasia the first entry in the Namco Tales series, and comes with Narakiri dungeon X (cross?) a remake of the gameboy color game that spinoffs from Phantasia. not in full english (though phantasia has a LOT of english versions out there, snes, Ps1, GBA (eww don't play this one) )

Phantasy star nova, got an english translation, it's neat if you like action RPGs and scifi stuff (guns, magic, swords, and aliens)

every other vita that i liked, is on other platforms/PC but for information sake:
Neptunia rebirth 1,2 and 3, excellent games and very much built to be "portable"
the PC versions have more content i guess but the games feel "portable" as in you don't need it to be 4k 155hz or whatever, it "looks" like a vita game no matter what.
a few other spinoff neptunia games are on Vita only, none really noteworthy to me.

Ys games, Ys 7, memories of celceta, both play fine on Vita with touch controls on both, 7 on PC and celceta on ps4 and pc, no graphics enhancements outside resolution, even UI still has touch buttons on both that you can't use lol.
don't get ys 8 on Vita, it has LESS content, like a LOT you'd hate to miss (gameplay and story wise)

Persona 4 golden, personally this game doesn't look good on a 4k screen and ps5 version just stretched to hell, it's a good game on the go (and if you know persona games, its lengthy, like 100 hourish)

Gravity rush, i actually rather play this on Vita, it's built for touch controls front and back

DJ max technica tune, rhythm game using the touch screen entirely, it's either arcade or Vita, far as i know.

adventures of mana, it's a remake of "final fantasy adventure" on gameboy (in japan it's the first ever "mana" game, seiken densetsu) it's neat, really short though, feels more like a top down Zelda game.
this also has a GBA remake sword of mana which entirely changes the game, also a android/ios game

looked for "vita only" games only, uncharted golden abyss, Killzone mercenary, and soul sacrifice, little big planet (on Vita it's en entirely different game story and levels),
there's a fat list of all exclusives here i'm not familiar with a lot of those titles so yeah lol

Edited:
there's Ar no Surge plus, vita exclusive (the non plus is on ps3), idk anything about it

all 4 Chaos rings games, which were on mobile devices and Vita, that's chaos rings 1, 2, omega, and 3, oh yeah all by square enix if you like SE turn based RPGS you'll like these
ABSOLUTELY recommend chaos rings 3 on it's own, its like persona, fusing cards that summon "heroes" from all over history and mythology, you'll get a Kingdom hearts feel with the visuals and story, it's quite long for a "phone game", i thought it was great, you can't complain when the game itself has a "no encounter" switch and adjustable enemy levels (doesn't apply to main story bosses)
they're all japanese games but there's patches for all of them all translated and can be obtained here (with Vita3k pc emulator)

I am listing some games that are multiplat, but vita is one of the (better) ways to play them. For Example:
Chaos Rings game series. These are really old iOS games back when phone games attempted to be games. Overall they are very simple but unique RPG experiences that have their best versions available on Vita. I do think that most people would have phones too new to even try to run the actual phone versions making Chaos Rings' something vita emulation will preserve.
TxK: Tempest 3500 or something like that. It was made by same guy who made Tempest 2000, 3000 and eventually 4000. The creator just wanted to make Tempest for Vita and just didn't care about pesky details of not having rights or something. (He did get sued though. He did get hired though.)
Tales of Hearts R, Tales of Innocence R: Hard to categorize as stuck since they are remakes with new graphics and added voice acting and all that. The R versions are stuck on vita, if not still only way to play Hearts with localized English. Innocence R has a fan made patch too but so did the DS game.
Phantasy Star Nova: MAN. Personally to me this is special since I am huge PSO2 fan, which Nova is based on. Main crux of Nova is to make story focused, single or local multiplayer only campaign from a snapshot of PSO2's earlier days. It is essentially a time capsule of classic PSO2. PSO2 classic is very dead these days so single player balanced, older version does not feel like a bad bargain at all.

I know it has already been mentioned here, but out of the Vita games I have played and enjoyed, Tearaway is the only exclusive that comes to mind. Even though there was technically a PS4 port, I think it is generally understood that reworking all the controls for a traditional gamepad loses something of worth.

This isn't exclusive, but I want to mention XCOM: Enemy Unknown Plus purely for being a fun, portable way to play one of the better turn-based strategy titles available. Even though it isn't exclusive, I think the fact that it includes all DLC by default might be unique to the Vita, so I am going to justify acknowledging it here by vaguely handwaving at that.

TxK!
....unless you count Tempest4000 as a pseudo-port
This was my contention with the game being a semi stuck semily as well. I have not played 4000 but given the series it is semi.

Let's see, Oreshika, Chaos Rings, Criminal Girls 2, Bullet Girls 1 & 2, Valhalla Knights 3, The Asterisk War, MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death or Utakumi 575.

Ninja simulator game. Its previous game is on PS2 I played it a lot. These games should have been released for PC!!!

Since the game is not on the repo I shared its Wikipedia page lol. The previous games are on PSP that are kinda rubbish so nothing to recommend them for but they finally managed to release an "ok" 3rd game but don't expect much. I wouldn't care about these series if I couldn't create my character. In that context as an RPG people may wanna play it or not.

It's a cool game and 2nd game of a PS1 game (Ore no Shikabane o Koete Yuke). It was another game I played just because I can create my character.

People may say "but the game is on Steam" but Steam version is actually "no story" version remake while this is the real deal game. However it's up to you to decide which version of the game is better.

I think Phantasy Star Nova would be my first pick.

It's a pretty damn good ARPG

(As for psp games I'd say the Kingdom of Paradise/Key of Heaven/天地の門 series)

Yeah. Like said, as PSO2 fan, it's EP3 age was one of the golden ones, and also one where PSV version of PSO2 was launched too. Nova is bit "stuck" in that age while PSVita had basically more than less all of the content classic PSO2 would have. Phantom and other "Hero/top grade" classes, zones etc. even though Vita had to play in it's own blocks with tweaked game rules for spawns and exp rate. Like said, the version of PSO2 Nova is "stuck" with is to me a legendary one, and at this point playing something singleplayer focused rather than the skeleton corpse of still "live" PSO2 is much better prospect.

This is my first thought. Stuck on the Vita and Wii. This game deserves to shine in HD. I can't believe we got GrimGrimoire (Vanillaware's weakest game) rereleased in HD before it.
