VASTLY different art style from the Sega Genesis version.

It wasn't all that uncommon for Famicom versions of 16-bit arcade games to get a cute makeover. Look at SPlatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti for another example.

I played this game in both the Arcade, Famicom and Mega Drive/Genesis versions although I must admit that the Famicom version defends itself well for being a port based on the arcade especially in the playable, graphic and sound section but it is good and also that the English translation of the game is quite good and with less engrish compared to the Arcade version.
