Inclusive search options

I've wondered if it is possible to create the Games search options inclusive, I mean not a drop down box to select a Genre or a Language, but to be able to filter and select as many options as we want and show all results showing those options. For instance, if I want to search all games that are Spanish & English and are Action RPG, Tactical RPG or just RPG, from various platforms at once.

If my memory does not fail me, the CDRomance filters were queries with the operator AND, and when selecting 2 or more options from a category it did exclude results instead of including.
