Any of the fighting games (Tekken, Soulcalibur...), Dynasty Warriors 4, TimeSplitters 2, and Twisted Metal Black were all pretty damn fun.

Not sure on what platform would you want to play but I love Blood Knights, Lara Croft & The Guardian of Light, Sacred 2 (Tho it is more like diablo-ey than arcade-y), Sacred 3 (which is more couch coop) & Unbound Saga for the 360.
