EUI'm going to tell the story of how I got a video game on my 16th or 15th birthday, I don't remember. They gave me this gift with a physical God of War game. I played it a lot and I spent the whole time playing it.It gets hot like a toaster because I've already dropped it to try to put it in a more airy place but I think I can't even keep it up as I said, I'm so hungry I break everything

the heat in my bedroom killed some of my older consoles too. That's why i have to run the air conditioner during the summer even if i'm not in the same room. The back window gets all the heat from the sun.

Disaster Man 35!!! Revenge for PS4!!! He promised to the grave of his PS4 that he will defeat the hot weather someday, but his only problem is he is not capable to beat the shit out of the air!! No matter what his punches and kicks doesn't register to inflict damage!!! But he tried hard training by attacking air randomly. Luckly for him an old man saw his effort and told him years ago he had a master lived in the highest top of the Tibetan mountain and he mentioned an advanced technique to beat even air but the old man is not sure if his old master still alive!!! Our hero decides to take the journey to hitchhike from Brazil to Tibet because he is poor AF!!!! What will happen to our hero on his way???? Will he ever make hot air regret being born!!! Will his mother allow him to even take this journey??? ¿¿¿Is the old master even alive??? Stay tuned to learn the answer to all these questions!!!! To be continued... lolol

In my region, the temperature is the same, but the old Sega MD (the old lady is already 35 years old) works fine. By the way, a modern PC desktop heats up to a maximum of 45-50 degrees under load and does not glitch (A LOT OF BIG COOLERS)

Na minha região, a temperatura é a mesma, mas o antigo Sega MD (a senhora já tem 35 anos) funciona bem. Aliás, um PC desktop moderno esquenta até um máximo de 45-50 graus sob carga e não apresenta problemas (MUITOS COOLERS GRANDES)

Homem Desastre 35!!! Vingança pelo PS4!!! Ele prometeu ao túmulo do seu PS4 que derrotaria o clima quente algum dia, mas seu único problema é que ele não é capaz de bater no ar!! As someone who lives in sweltering heat and the tropics, I feel this in my bones. I've already lost my PS3 to the heat. I don't know what Sony makes these consoles out of but from what I hear online the thermal paste degrades over the years causing the CPU to overheat. If you live in tropical climates it exacerbates the effect and you can have CPU failures in a few years.

I find it kinda funny that you call the Sega MD an old lady cuz in my zone, we call the Genesis "La morocha" or "la morocha de sega" ("Black hot lady" or "the black hot lady from sega") lmao

Como alguém que vive em um calor escaldante e nos trópicos, sinto isso na pele. Já perdi meu PS3 por causa do calor. Não sei do que a Sony faz esses consoles, mas pelo que ouvi online, a pasta térmica se degrada com o passar dos anos, causando superaquecimento da CPU. Se você mora em climas tropicais, isso agrava o efeito e você pode ter falhas na CPU em poucos anos.

EAnd it's enough here in my region that I'm very curious and I love learning about computers. I always try to take things apart to see if I can fix them so I can create new forms of video games.

it's important to know how old your ps4 is. the ps4 was first released in 2013. even if your ps4 was factory sealed until you got it, it would stay have degraded to some extent, even if it's a small amount. and with the way electronics are made today and have been for the past decade or so; it should be considered a miracle that it still works as good as it does. and it is possible that you got a defective model that doesn't have a working fan.
if need be, check the vents and the fan if you can and make sure that they aren't clogged up and still function properly.
my wiiu was giving me trouble trying to stay on until i checked the little fan on the back, which had gotten stuck. without that fan going, it was a guaranteed 30 seconds from being turned on to shut off from the severe overheating from how hot that thing gets, apparently.
could have melted marshmallows on it or even cooked a hotdog with that kind of heat.

It's been hot where i am too, and because of old wiring in my building, fuses are blown constantly, and i don't trust my luck during the day. I'll run the AC during the day, and it's usually cool enough at night for fans. It's frustrating, but until i can move, hopefully this year, i ONLY ever use my PC or play games in the morning hours. Between 4am and 9am at the latest here. It's cooler and everyone is sleeping. Sometimes there just isn't much you can do.

Otherwise, even when it's cold outside i like to consider my PC's ventilation and cooling. My laptop gets hot too. I use fans set up in the window. During the winter i set things up so that outside air blows in at my electronics, so that fans redirect the air accordingly. It does make a huge difference when you monitor the temps.

I'd rather not use my things for a while than put wear on them. If they get too hot, usually they'll shut themselves off. But is it worth it? They will last longer if you don't push them like that.
