Wouldn't the whole thing mess with your head so badly?

In the span of only a few hours, you'd not only learn that your whole life had been a cruelly-told lie, but it'd also get flipped completely upside down.

I wouldn't be able to make heads nor tails of anything, and I'd probably wonder if I either hit my head on that damn "room" at my uncle's house or if they had finally fed me rat poison.

I'm obviously overthinking a children's book, but that's the whole fun of it, damn it xD

Anyway! How do you think you'd react if you were in Harry's shoes?

I'd either feel like I'd just gone insane, or be so unable to process anything that I'd just go with it, lol.
It's how a lot of stories are, though. The characters learn something insane and go "Okay, I guess this is a thing now"

Yeah...

I recently listened to "Fern's School For Wayward Fae" and the main character is like "the hell's this?", then realizes she's stuck and rolls with it. I love it xD

Our theory is that Harry was just tripping balls the whole time and when he's at the train station running into the pillar, passerbys say "oh that's just harry, he thinks he's a wizard". And his friend is a hobo named Hagrid. And Ron is another friend that lives among the rats. And his owl is actually a pigeon.

I'd probably be trying to seek comfort from my Emotional-Support Hagrid such as bawling and asking for hugs.

Now that I think about it... it may be wise to stick around until you learn some heavy metal spells, then make your way back to the Muggle world and rob banks that way.

I mean... who are they going to charge? Houdini? xD

You pretty much can get shooted before you even say the spell

I already live like this:

Another esoteric system to learn can't do worse to me anyway.

I just wouldn't believe it. I'd think this big guy was lying to me for some reason, and maybe my shitty family were in on it for a laugh or something. Maybe I'm being recorded for a prank like Candid Camera. So I'd like, politely pretend I was falling for it but kind of be unresponsive so they couldn't get a big reaction.

I would simply let Voldemort win for what i am concerned once i figure it out, that's God tier manipulation for the sake of a prophecy
