...then I recommend Out of Sight. At first glance it may come off as a low budget copy, but I assure you it's anything but. Sure, it's low budget, as indies are, as it's from a small Swedish 13 man team, but Out of Sight, while being a short 4-6 hour adventure, has a style and gameplay all its own as you switch between 1st and 2nd person. The girl is blind so you see through her teddybear. As such, when traversing between areas where you clutch your bear, you see from the girl's perspective, but you can't interact with anything while carrying it, so at designated spots you'll have to set it aside to solve the game's many straightforward puzzles, some of which has you move the bear (and in turn YOUR perspective), around while also controlling her. This may not sound that revolutionary, but while I was controlling the girl, it felt out-of-this-world to me that she was - in a sense - also controlling me at these times.

Again, it's not a hard game by any means, but the easy puzzles are no less satisfying, and if anything you are not here for the difficulty, but to see what happens next as you root for the girl to escape. The sound design is great too and perfectly sets the atmosphere, with the girl - who is actually voiced by a kid - giving a great performance of a child lost in a scary big mansion.

Well mine could, just had to go into options and set it to the lowest settings, the visual downgrade of which didn't bother me at all.
