As the title says.
I'd like to change my gender, I've always wondered how would I look like as a girl. Being ugly af, I often thought that maybe my look would have been better than this, I could be a beautiful and charming girl.

EDIT:
I forgot to mention that I would like to lose the ability to breath., first of all.

Same, but more so on the aspect that if I looked like another gender what outfits would I wear? It’s a nice past-time tbh

I have always tried to accept myself for who I was since I was a child, but in hindsight I have had to change some aspects of my personality. It has always been my nature to trust others, but because of some negative experiences I am now more cautious, particularly at work, which as we all know is a minefield where one must tread with extreme caution. But also the family sphere, unfortunately....
 
I just want to get rid of the depression and be able to speak and read japanese fluently. That's all.
As someone who has suffered from depression and anxiety due to trauma, I try to just throw myself into something I'm passionate about. Making stuff for this forum has done so much for my overall mood and mental health and I've gotten so much support here that I could cry.

Also, get in the habit of saying something nice to yourself in the mirror every day and don't over do the junk food.

I'd get rid of my ADHD since it's the source of at least 99% of my problems.
Was diagnosed with ADD and ADHD as a preteen. I hated the medicine they put me on. Always fucked with my sleep. Once I was older I stopped taking it and just chose to deal with it without medicine. It can be difficult to not get bored easily and not take on too many projects at once, but I'm learning.
 
I'd mostly wanna lose weight. There's some other things on the mental side that I'd sort of like to change, like dealing with burnout less or being more productive, but at the same time I wouldn't really want to potentially make me less me mentally, even if it means having to deal with problems more. But safely losing like 40-50 pounds? I'll take that.
