Ideal game to play before/while falling asleep?

Farm Simulation gmaes or Truck Simulation Games.
For me its Euro Truck Simulator.

Don't like playing before going to sleep, it keeps me awake. But if I have to choose something to play in my bed past midnight, something more simple that's not taxing would be ideal, like a RPG or anything else that's turn based.

True Story, I have actually fell asleep playing several games. Mostly when I was playing psx rpg games. First time it happened was when I was playing Breath of Fire 3 and woke up 10 hours later from my save timer. Also I'm an insomniac so hahaha sucks...

I read VNs around 15 minutes to 1 hour before sleeping on daily basis.

A nice turn based RPG, preferably one that doesn't use an active time battle system like FF7., more something like FF1-6. That way if you fall asleep nothing will happen to your game and you can pick right up where you left off when you wake up.

My mistake, FF1-3, not 1-6. 4 and onwards uses Active Time Battle.
