Hello everyone. I'm looking for games similar to Hylics, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Metal Slug, Earhtbound and Off.

Basically, games with weird aesthetics, a bit of comedy, absurd, and/or even better if they have horror.

I don't care about the genre (it could be pure action or a lot of reading). For PC or emulator.

Both really good sidescrollers that are available on PC.

Evil Tonight sounds like the perfect fit for what you described there.
It's a really good top-down action game with survival horror resource management and fantastic sprite art with a spooky/goofy aesthetic. I highly recommend it.

Another one that comes to mind is Eastward.
This one's a top-down... Zelda-like, I suppose? There's also some Secret of Mana in there for sure. I never finished this one for whatever reason, but I did enjoy my time with it.
It has an Earthbound-y aesthetic with some of the absolute best sprite art I have ever seen. Owlboy levels of presentational excellence.

Jimmy and the pulsating mass
Simple and straightforward. That game really caught my attention.

Toe jam and Earl on the snes, Earthworm Jim on the snes or Genesis, Boogerman on the Genesis and Battletoads all have that 90's weirdness those other games have. There were lots of them back in the day. Iggy's Wrecking Balls, Uniracers, Super Smash TV, Clayfighters, Rampage World Tour. The snes, genesis, n64 and ps1 probably had the most of those weird, funny games.

I'd suggest

NEO - Cyber Lip
GEN - The Ooze
SNES - Plok
TG16 - Splatterhouse
NES - Zombie Nation
Old games, nice. I need them.

Just what I want. ♥

Haunting Starring Polterguy
The game where you get to scare the crap out of a 90s upper middle class Italian American family.

Did you try Undertale? If not, you'll probably enjoy that game a lot and it's very cheep.

It's like a perfect mix of everything that you've described.
