Pawn positioning wins chess games, but then an illegal number of rooks is an advantage for B considering it's the third best piece in the game. Oh, and the power of 3 untapped basic plains far surpasses a Colt, despite whoever allegedly owned it; 3 mana is enough for three swords to ploughshares, get fucked basically. It a close match for sure, but there's one advantage that the meme left out: blue is cooler than red. Checkmate, win for B.

Player A, I bet he's so high out of his mind that even if you did shoot him, he'd carry on like nothing happened. (Also B can only use the draw four once, but A gets three white mana to tap every turn.)
If you look at the board carefully, you can even see that A is in possession of The Red Piece.
