I need help with Pokémon Platinum.

This is my team, I'm close to catching Giratina. I just need help figuring out where I can train my Pokémon to make them stronger so they can face champions.

According to an old Gamefaqs thread you can train level ~40 Pokémon at Iron Island and then Victory Road.

I think if the Giratina catch, then the level are not high, so level the team you have to higher. From then also use the Masutā Bōru if you have one. From then train in the restaurant with the daburu batoru for big exp and money! 頑張って
