PS1 I need help finding a specific PS1 racing game from my childhood

Hello there

This one will be tough and I say sorry in advance since I remember very little about this game but here´s the gist of it.

PS1
The racetrack I played the most was on some kinda green farmland, sometimes with little jump opportunities in it.
My car was white, I think it looked like a old Audi and sometimes the exhaust would spark up which was so cool to me as a kid.
There was also a track at a harbour?
It had multiple modes so I´m sure it was no demo.
Pretty sure it wasn´t Gran Turismo.
I think! you could choose between 3 cars at the start. Could be wrong.
The driving didn´t feel Gran Turismo-ish realistic, otherwise I would´ve sucked ass.

I am open for questions and suggestions. Maybe I´ll remember more about it later.

I forgot to mention, it has real cars, not a fun racer with karts and stuff.
It didn´t feel arcady or wacky, it was like a Ridge Racer but not on racetracks, more in nature and like I mentioned atleast one harbour.

Checked out C3 and Burning Road, neither of those but gameplay looked similar to C3.

Checked out C3 and Burning Road, neither of those but gameplay looked similar to C3.

Then maybe Gran Turismo? Otherwise I can't think of anything else?
