Seems like there's one in every city.

Back when I lived in France, I noticed this never happened. But I'm talking about quite a few years ago. Lately, I see people out there who are completely losing their minds, tearing each other apart over the most trivial things, as if there's no future left... but maybe that's exactly how it is... who knows."

People are noticeably more hostile and paranoid in my neck of the woods, too.
