I found this game called "Beat Hazard"

I was watching YouTube normally, and I found a very interesting game called "Beat Hazard", It looks like some kind of Asteroids but cooler.

Yeah, it and the sequel(s) are pretty fun for what they are. It generates gameplay that is somewhat based on the music that is playing, which can be your MP3 collection (might work with streaming, never tried). If procedurally generated bullet hell sounds good, it's enjoyable in short bursts.

I remember liking Beat Hazard but according to Steam, I haven't fired it up since August of 2014. I should give it another look.

I played a few hours (I think) of this when it was new. I thought it was pretty cool back then but seriously felt like I was getting an epileptic seizure any moment. Maybe a bit too flashy for my liking.
