I just finished the Back to the Future franchise... and my verdict? AMAZING.

Wow. I know that people who watch it nowadays might not think it's a big deal, but honestly... I thought it was a fantastic trilogy! It was incredibly fun to watch and one of the few movie series I've seen recently that kept me entertained from beginning to end.
And you know what? This is just my opinion, but I feel like movies nowadays aren't as bold anymore... especially science fiction and adventure films. Or maybe I'm just being stupid, who knows.
But seriously, Back to the Future was AWESOME.

Picking a favorite is difficult, but... the first movie is the best. Wow. It's where everything begins! It feels like the start of a legend, you know?
I also thought Part II was really fun. Getting a glimpse of the future was fascinating, even though I would've liked to see more of it. I wanted to learn more about the world, the technology, and the alternate timeline events. Still, that didn't hurt my enjoyment at all.
As for Part III... yeah, I LIKED IT. Don't get me wrong. It's up there with the first one, and I might even rank it above Part II. But the romance subplot? Meh.
DARN WOMEN!!! (Just kidding.)

By the way, people told me there's an animated series and a game. I'm not sure if I'll watch the cartoon, but I am DEFINITELY going to play the PS3 game.
My friend traded his PS3 to me in exchange for my microphone... and honestly, I think it was worth it. Besides, the PS3 was my childhood console, and I was planning to buy one again eventually.

All it did was speed up the inevitable. ;)

It feels odd to me to read about someone watching these for the first time because I've seen them so many times and they used to come on TV so often it was rare to meet someone who hadn't seen them.

If you enjoyed the movies you should check these out

The way he seems constantly shocked that old movies paid attention to details is kind of funny, but he goes into a lot of little things in the movies you almost definitely didn't notice.

I love back to the future, it was a favorite of mine growing up! It still holds up even today. 2 is my favorite, just because the vision they had for the future was so cool and Marty's drip is iconic.

I only played the first episode of the PS3 trilogy, but I really enjoyed my time with it and ended up buying the full series later. Hopefully I'll go back to it someday.

I'm definitely going to watch these movies more times!!!!!
Since I'm Brazilian, we actually got three different dubs here XD, which means three different vibes... and I absolutely love that. I'm going to use it as an excuse to watch them again and again ;)

I'm starving for more decent content from this franchise :,v and, just like @ConanTheDestroyer right there mentioned... I hope they never make a sequel. And if they do "fix" that, I hope it's a spin-off or something completely separate... because, in my opinion, it's PERFECT as it is

I'm still waiting for when we'll finally get that hoverboard in reality. Great to see you enjoyed it. One of the best trilogies out there and I hope they never make a continuation of any sort since it had a perfect ending.
LOL XDD I loved seeing how people in the '80s imagined the year 2015. Honestly, I wish I could have lived through that era :)

One of the best things about watching these movies is that I wasn't just locked in my room playing games. I got to do something different for a change, and I was able to enjoy the movies together with my parents XD.

I'm glad you liked them, man ^^

Been having a hard time getting back to them myself (especially that third one... it being in production while the second one was also being shot definitely shows in the final product).

I love the series too! I think they are still pretty fun to watch! 🌟

About its video games, the only one that i have played is this one:
But unless you are into insane difficulty, don't touch it! 😂

I'm still noticing many little details every time I watch the movies, for example, the twin towers still exist in (the movies version) 2015!!

(& No, I'm not talking about the stupid conspiracy theory, the towers appear for a split second in the second film)

i get blown away when people tell me they haven't seen these before - these are regarded as some of the greatest movies ever
Sadly Back to the Future just isn't that relevant anymore :( With so many new shiny things out there, it's hard want to look back all the time I guess

Great movies, but I personally think the underdog guy trope fell out of fashion. Maybe I'll give them a rewatch these days.

Huh. That's pretty cool actually I don't think I've ever noticed or heard about that one before.

For me not so. I very rarely see movies/series these days so i even can feel related to him

Omedeto my amigo, easly one of my favorite movie trilogies next to HTTYD, what i love of them is that is made clear they were written and planned in advance
