Get out of bed. Your body will let you know when it WANTS to sleep.
Or try listening to something relaxing or something boring. Or take a Nyquil or something. Some people find that lowering the temperature and getting under a nice quilt or comforter helps them fall asleep. Also, depending on the person, some people sleep better with "white noise" and some people sleep better with silence
Keep laptops and phones away from you too.
You can also try a weighted blanket.
