Like my father use to say when I was a teenager, if you had too much shit, bear with it. Nobody is going to hold it for you. Not learning from that is oneself's fault. Human creatures have survival sense, when there is too much pressure they have to decide to change it and strike back, it's only natural. The issue is when they don't control that and end killing other people with a gun.
Does spicy ramen count? I like everything spicy
Naruto sob story moment:
I had no father and my mother was ignorant so whatever in life I had to find my own wisdom... *Naruto sad flute kicks in!!!!*
I have learned from many people as in I observed their mistakes *naruto flute moment* and I realized people use bad situation others experience to their advantage. So no one helps a fellow human out, they all have a goal for it. If someone does something good to you it means they will ask something in return or they will try. Nothing is free, everything has a price. *Fluteeeeeeeeeeeeee*
Everyone will sacrifice even their own family to get what they want so why they wouldn't do the same for complete strangers? I don't believe in Japanese way of "being stronger together" because as people increases in a group the group will be unstable. Better do whatever you want alone and you'll have a better chance of surviving alone!!! "flutee fluteeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!"
Don't ask help, help yourself. Don't kindly ask, if you have the power give the order and make people do whatever you want. Don't believe in love and all because it's a delusion. Everyone hates you... but some didn't hate you yet. No one likes you, they just have an use they plan for you!!!! *Naruto flute over 9000!!!*
*eats ramen* lololol
People really, really misinterpreted that. What an extravert vs an introvert really is, namely whether the focus is external or internal to do with how someone processes thoughts.
If you're in your head a lot, you're an introvert, if you're thought process is largely motivated by external factors, you are extraverted.
Some really do type ISFP's as INFPs because they are in their heads a lot. Introverted feeling means they both have a similar thought process, but the INFP is much more whimsical and a lot less grounded than an ISFP. I'm using the functions expansion from Myers Brigss here, but it's just a example of how the interpretation of true introversion causes many to view a personality type a being the wrong one. ENTJ's for example spend more time alone than most other extravert types do to the wokrloads they take on and a generally work horses in some way or another as they're motivated externally but some may think that they can be "introverted" due to this time not spent socialising.
Addressing the original post, overthinking talking to women is a sign of anxiety, if it's someone you find really attractive etc. it's easy to think you might mess up making an impression, causing nervousness but outside of that it's abnormal to be overly nervous interacting with anyone based on their gender. Also I am not sure if the OG post is trolling but that's my two cents.
Well in reality when Carl Jung mentioned "introvert" and "extrovert" it was not to say "it exist" but to use such terms to make society understand there is a difference to understand behavior of people and how they may differ. In the end it doesn't make people significantly different so it wasn't a concern of society, but Americans being Americans they used a way to glorify and undermine certain people for primitive reasons.
Everyone does same thing, but the way they do is different. For example when person X prefer to be alone when they are depressed and person Y prefer to party hard with people when they are depressed and an ordinary person has ask me why same reason causes difference in behavior, in Jungian psychology I would say "person X is introvert and person Y is extrovert" but what it actually means?
Person X prefer to be alone because they are a people have close connection to their inner worlds because their thoughts and emotionality greatly effected by what they think and feel. External effects can effect their thoughts and emotions but not as much as it happens to extroverts.
Person Y prefer to part hard with people because their inner world also exist but this inner world cannot be changed by one's own feelings and thoughts. They are sensory people therefore they do need sensory simulations to think and feel more.
In the end it does not change how socially a person is at all. Extroverts can be a shy people prefer to hide in a safe basement while an introvert can be party hard person. This is not we cannot make American understand because their psychology has wrong foundations from the start, therefore their whole pscyhology field is very wrong compared to rest of the world. Even their criteria for what is "neurodivergent" based on wrong understanding of what an introvert is lol.
For example you mention of ISFP and INFP, they are MBTI types that's American personality types fictionally created by wrong understanding of Carl Jung. In reality people are not tied to "4 function stack" and they do use function seperately as "introvert feeling" and "extrovert feeling". Carl Jung's theores does have realistic merit to modern neurology.
In modern neurology what's discovered is introvert and extrovert brain is wired differently as in introverts need more time to think because it's like their whole "thought process" is a long highway that has lots of branching roads while extrovert brain has a shorter narrower road that doesn't branch out much. It does mean nothing about intelligent at all, it just means introverts are more "away" from their brain having a sensory focus and they need to dive deep into their couincesness to think while extroverts are more close tied to sensory aspect of the reality they percieve and they can still think deep and complex as much as introverts does but they don't need to connect to their inner worlds to think when introverts require high focus to connect to their inner world to "feel like themselves" and to make a proper decision. It makes introverts strategic thinkers with patience while extroverts prefer on the spot tactical thinking.
While neurology can say "functions exist" but we can prove how MBTI is wrong. In reality people use all functions a healthy human who is not neurodivergient can use simultaneously, but Carl Jung was correct to say people mostly use one dominant function and to help this function's weakness they use an opposite function as a partner. However it doesn't mean and cannot mean a person just like what MBTI suggest only use 4 functions and it's bad to use "shadow functions" lol. However neurology can prove people's dominant function depends on what task they do, and what they don't wanna do depends more on their current active genes so a person cannot do and don't prefer to do what genes that are not active.
But still we can correct MBTI as a "game". So your example "ISFP" and "INFP" and whichever would be more "inside their head": Then we gotta modify MBTI and say some ISFPs use Se a lot while others use Te a lot. So we can make sense why not all ISFPs behave the same as how other MBTI types doesn't behave the same despite they have the same type and why some people are mistyped. For example, in reality ISFP who uses Te a lot will also use Ti a lot because this is "T function" that shouldn't be separated as "introvert and extrovert". Then that ISFP would be more inside their head over mostly Fi user ISFP. Well there are lots to say about it and then we have to break basic BS rules of MBTI lol.
In the end personality of people unique to everyone because of their active genes, current chemical reaction patterns and memories which memories are big part of personality people have therefore even identical twins will have different personalities so unlike what Americans wanna do to classify particular people for better jobs to avoid The Great Depression 2 we cannot just find a label to classify each people. In reality we have to list lots of personality traits a person have and how these effect their people to correctly psychologically profile them.
