How was the decade of 2020's so far? We're in the middle of it now...

2020 was when lockdowns happen and im playing WarCraft 3 and that was wild man..... 0 other stuff

2021 i play diablo 2 and oh my what a game my first RPG i think no no im getting things mixed up i either played diablo 2 in 2020 or 2021 one of those i also played age of mythology during those so totally GOATED in terms of gaming.

2022 was big i got into fitness and im still into it now its where i had my confidence rise uhm at the same time when bad things happen now now i played stronghold crusader and hitman contracts i think and COD 1/2 and so its was good year and also i played faces of war not bad year overall.

2023 a GOATED year all around in terms of gaming started my WarCraft 3 mod , and heavily modded sudden strike and plenty of other things i played system shock 2 add on it playing COD united offensive in terms of real life totally trash one of the worst years ever

2024 first 3 months terrible only thing good was watching the stalingrad documentary and some WC3 modding oh and very memeroble "andre we wolga" trilogy i think it was called 3 maps about stalingrad for sudden strike 2 very fun time and pretty good so not a bad start gaming wise , at the date of 13/4/2024 i get off the internet and start turning my life around at early june i download epsxe and play silent hill and the rest is well history from that point on my life gets so much better im back in shape again everything goes well i get to play amazing PS1 titles and more! One of the best years i ever had.

2025 not bad start i wanna follow 2024 with even bigger success i for the first time published my gaming related work and my WarCraft 3 mod its up on hive workshop in beta state , big mod plans for WarCraft 2 and CNC generals and even bigger plans for real life stuff i hope this year turns out to be good i went up to 350 push ups a day and planning to get 500 push ups getting 500 push ups a day was something i aim for back in 2022 so now it shall come to be true soon....



Overall a lot of growth on my side in the 2020s especially 2024 you can in 2024 i was "reborn" of sorts.

The pandemic and its societal fallout is certainly a defining feature to point to, but I've always kind of seen life as a battle between one's own happiness and the unfavorable circumstances that we all experience.
Music-wise, I've seen this decade so far as a wild improvement over the past decade of popular music. Panchiko and JVB breaking out and going semi-mainstream has been incredible. If we got a new Boards of Canada, it'd be outstanding. The underground has kind of backslid a bit, following lots of late-teens infights, but I feel this is a process it will come out richer for. It's already beginning!
While I can understand a lot of the cynicism towards mainstream console gaming of late, I've also seen a lot of indies rise up these past few years and make really special games! Some even creating their own ecosystems like the Playdate or Evercade (two current favorites of mine).

I guess in general my attitude is that pretty much anything is better and more hopeful than 2015-2020 culturally. I hope, anyway.

The early 2000's were also feeling like the 90's but at least it changed with widescreen and HD.

Clothing and hair styles are also different.
It has started around 2015, that there is not really a own Style.
We have better technology, but stylewise?
Guess it has to do something with comapnies not wanting to set trends, but rather keep it save and follow them.

Unlike a lot, I'm on the up and up. 2020 caused me to loose my job, my house, and I had to couch surf with my parent. By 2024 I had to leave that for telling off the landlords favorite tenant and now after like more almost homeless events in 5 years than in the last 15 before I have a job, I have an apartment, I'm starting to make friends. My current goals to finish games, and get my long desired drivers license so I can get the rest of my stuff from my old state.

This decade is nothing compared to any other decade this one just the same as all past ones. If it´s not war in Ukraine was had war in Iraq or the Cold war and so on.

Then when it came to pandemic´s we have had HIV/AIDS pandemic in the 80s the Third plague pandemic in 1955-60 and Influenza A/H3N2 in 60s and sveral cases of Ebola and so on.

And we always had some technological innovation that made every one lose their shit like how people believed the world would end in 2012 because the calendar or how every PC would die in 2000.

So honestly nothing new it´s always something with humans.


Yeah sure the fake AI is a pain in the ass for artists but that´s all their is it´s not even real AI it´s so basic calling it AI should be an insult to what AI is.

And yeah sure the left tried their best in to brainwash people that inclusions good and racism bad but ended up being more racist and more non inclusive than the yatiz.
And manage to utterly destroy several movies and game franchise and look what´s happening to them now dying out because people are fed up with their crap and fed up with personal feelings more important that reality. So now they hide away like the cockroaches they are until next time.

But even that´s not the first we have had several decades where the right tried to brainwash people with their racist proganda bullshit and how one group of people are better than the other just like left did.

Honestly left and right are the same bullshit both racist as hell both trying to get people to fight each other and both trying to make the rich even richer. Left or Right does not care about people they care about them self. They don´t wanna better to socity they just wanna line their pockets and spread hate.

But I will say this several 1000 years of human history has proven allot things. Humans never learn from their mistakes, Humans are egotistical and greedy and humans will be the end of humanity.
