Thanks for sharing.
I'm glad video games have helped you!

Just so you know, capitalizing every word makes it very hard to read.

Thanks for sharing your story, it's really valuable to hear from people. I don't feel like sharing is easy so well done and please feel free to post more going forward

Immersion is what keeps us hooked in video games. The feeling that we are part of that fantasy world and every act we do matters.

Ah, geez. I wish I had a trigger warning before seeing the title. Now I'm thinking about self-deletion again.

Video games are a great therapy if it works for you. I know how it is with depression, as a matter of fact, so do a lot of people. My best advise for self deletion thoughts though is when they happen, keep your body still if possible. Such as lie down on whatever is comfortable to you and challenge your thoughts to disappear, like push your brain to think pure black the best you can. Why this helps is because your brain becomes your biggest weakness during these times and when you try to black out your thoughts, the effort causes other thoughts to be ignored. For a lot of people, focusing on thoughts can be a really hard thing to stop doing which is why focusing on this challenge will help push the bad thoughts aside. I hope this make sense to you. I wish you health and happiness.
