How to stop receiving email notifications

1. Go to Account Preferences and deselect the 2 "and receive email notifications" checkboxes. This will make it so notifications will happen on site with the bell only instead of email.
2. To disable emails from previously subscribed threads go to Watched threads. Then click the checkboxes that say "Email" then click "Manage watched threads" button then click "Disable email notification".

This way you won't receive any email from new and old threads you interacted with.
