How to PSX2PSP multi-track bins into one file?

Hello, I downloaded Lucifer's Ring (Japan) for PSX from the repo, it's got 7 .bin tracks. I use PSX2PSP to convert to .pbp but I don't see how to get it to work with that many bins, the dropdown only has room for 5. Am I missing something or is there a better program for this?

Last update was 2018. Plenty of bin merging programs, but this one does the job for me.
