How to deal with Video Game Overload

Sometimes i get burnout but with one specific game at a time not with gaming in general.

I legit just go read a book, watch a movie or something along those lines.

I feel it satisfies my need to engage with media while also allowing me to recharge my batteries.

Video game overload? No i prefer brainwave overload!

Honestly this is mainly what happens after i finish JRPGS but i already have my list of games to replay mainly Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun

Anything RTS related cures this for me

I'm planning to create a routine where I play games for a certain number of hours, I read for a certain number of hours, and I'm also planning some different games to play. I'm also planning to read Lord of the Rings. And also Moby Dick

Regarding the games I need to play, I'm still looking at your recommendations from an old thread.
