How has RGT affected you as a person?

The last time I was active on a forum was like 2013, so it's been nice to find another forum after all this time that I genuinely enjoy visiting and posting on. Like others in the thread have said; I too tend to keep to myself and enjoy my own company at times, but it's great to talk to others who share your same interests and others who might help you discover something new to enjoy.

It was a gaming forum similar to this, but specifically based around the Xbox 360. It was actually quite cool because that's where I'd learn about all the amazing JP exclusive 360 games and where and how to import them (Though during my time there I was still a schoolboy at the time and didn't have any money of my own so I very rarely got to experience all those import games).

There were other forums I used to use as well, mostly otaku focused ones, but I was never super regular on those because, as is usual for any anime/manga related discussion for whatever reason, they always devolve into pointless elitism about how much you've watched/read, the type of series you watch/read and it was nearly impossible to get discussions about aspects of those things that actually interest me like talking about direction, art design etc.

Well. Before I found RGT I never used to browse or post on RGT. But since finding it I now browse and post on RGT.

This place is more relaxed than other platforms i use (YouTube/discord) it's less cynical and more honest and transparent , when I browse RGT I'm not looking for a fight or verbal battle rather a passionate discussion about a certain thing in the hobby.

ⅭⅮR/RGT are dope places i think of it as a small safe haven hidden in a niche corner of the vast world of the internet , it's like the world of sanctuary in Diablo universe where human world is made to escape eternal conflict between heaven and hell in this case sanctuary is RGT.

This place showed me there is still hope and passionate gamers still exist , gamers who don't complain 24/7 love you RGT.
