How do you perform the "Counter Strike" move in King of Fighters: Maximum Impact 2?

to perform the counter strike move, you have to first survive the pistol round. and then you buy the ak47 and get as many dinks as you can.

It should just be landing an attack that stuffs an opponents attack, a standard fighting game counter hit.

If it's what I think it is, look for a "Sabaki" on the controller settings. It's a universal parry move that the game has.
