Personally? I'm rather annoyed.

I'm bone tired but was slammed with lots of crap to do, and now I'm way too exhausted to "turn off". Ugh!

Today has actually been pretty damn good! It's been nice outside, I got to read for a while, I had no real responsibilities for the day, and my tics haven't been bad.

Yes and no, It helps me unwind; but most of my creativity comes from driving, nature, laying on my bed daydreaming and at the gym. By my bed I have a notebook I would draw or write down stuff that I think vividly.

Today was far from ideal, unfortunately. This week I've been affected with my anxiety and feelings of melancholy and anguish after a while, and had to deal with the latter harder today. Did what I could to deal with it: watching things that make me laugh, talking to mom to ease the burden, taking a brief nap, playing games (finished Streets of Rage 3 in one go), meditation...
I recover from it slowly, so it means I have to deal with those most of the days it happens. But I will be ok. I'm doing what I can to endure it as long as I can
