It’s 9am. I work from home and I’m starting to think about breakfast. I have acid reflux and I DON’T CARE. I drive over to the jiffy store down the road and get a huge piece of fried fish, and bring it home to be accompanied only by this:

—and a lot of it. The combo of mild, soft white fish, its light batter, and the ONSLAUGHT of VINEGAR AND RED PEPPER send me to SPICY ANGLERS’ HEAVEN. I’m READY FOR MY DAY!!

Love me some hot sauce! I keep a variety on hand at nearly all times. I particularly like Cholula, Valentina's, and Sriracha a whole lot, but I usually have 10-15 in my pantry at any given time.

You’re right about that, it’s the smokier-tasting of them. I also really like the green one for eggs, I think that one is kind of underrated

it's a classic for a reason.
i usually put ghost pepper salt and/or sauce on most of my food, but sometimes, i just want some classic tabasco sauce on it. a nice bit of classic perfection.

yeah. there's a company called the pepper palace. they have hot sauces, salts and seasonings from very mild to ones that use the scorpion pepper which usually rates around 1.2 million to 2 million points on the heat scale. they even have a hot sauce that you can only even taste test if you sign a wavier before hand. it's called The End.
