I've peeked at the hack.

Richter fight is a little different, namely your health drops down after you are damaged slowly like you're poisoned. Otherwise you get a huge 1500 hp to start, probably this is to avoid you being able to keep starting equipment through the glitch.

And so far blocks redirect you to take a different starting path, and some monsters have beefier HP. Otherwise from the beginning (up to just after meeting death) the layout of the castle is basically the same... But that's just the intro section. (mind you, some areas have holes and some areas are filled in... hinting at a lot of changes)

So so far the hack does work, reminding me of Rondo of the night with the placed blocks to make areas accessible that would otherwise not be.

I played a couple hours of this and it can be tough in spots, but I like being forced to try and find new ways to get places due to stuff blocking my usual routes. Didn't get to finish it because I had to move on Sunday, but I'll try and get back to it and see it through in full.
