!HELP! Searching for an old PS2 Game

Hi everyone !

I'm doing this post as i have the memory of an decreprit alligator and searching for a PS2 Game that i never actually could play before but always wanted to play.

By that i mean that it was only a demo on those PS2 Discs but even after searching for all youtube videos for every game kinda i couldn't find it (sadly).

So the level of the game started like on some Antartic/Snow/Ice biome where you could switch form by being a normal human then turning into a kind of big monster.
The Character was playable in a 3D type of way.

Ps : I know that the description is really weird i was a still a kid and my memory is a bit vivid about that i understand if it's difficult to find have a nice Day/Night

it might be a long shot, but was the game called "the golden compass"? it has a kid and a large bear that you can swap between during gameplay. and some snow levels too.

just did some checking. no golden compass demo but there is an altered beast demo for the ps2.
also, i founda list of ps2 demo discs: there's about 120+ of them:

well, at least the demo disc thing sort of narrows it down. he might be mixing it up with a video on one of the discs. not likely, but possible. but i have found anything on how many games have demos for the ps2 yet.

There was also a game named Shifters that lets you shapeshift into animals. I associate demo discs with PSX rather than PS2 and PS2 was capable of playing those so maybe it's a PSX game we're looking for? I think there was an Animorphs game that could fit the bill.

dang it clippy. you just made it even worse. i just did some checking and was reminded that some games have demos for other games, some ps2 games do that just like the ps1. that makes the pool of possible games larger.

You won't feel any slowdown with an actually good adblocker to be honest (read: the real uBlock).

i don't mind ads; i know people and companies need to make money to survive; but it's mainly just wikis that have the slowdown. and the trick only takes a moment to enter.
and i can't be bothered to look up ad blockers. too lazy.

I don't know how did you find it i'm going to install it and try it but it was definitely that game thanks everyone for you time and patience ( I know that my description was kinda off not gonna lie)

Cu-Neo told me that typing in "anti" in the web address bar in front of the word "fandom" on the wiki websites loads up a alternate version of the site with no ads. my computer runs very slow when viewing wikis because of the amount of video ads that try to play.
