Cartoons Help me find the name of this show.

I'm not sure if this is a cartoon or anime, the only thing i remember is that in the opening/intro scene, a character (presumably the main character) was rolling his shield and then the shield become big or maybe the camera was zoomed in. Maybe from 90s or late 80s.

Also confused by the "rolling shield" bit. I thought maybe "throwing", and was thinking maybe buddy from Visionaries, or the kid from the old D&D cartoon, but those ones don't really expand. Other closest thing I could think of was like the old Zelda cartoon with like the little items they'd keep in their pockets that would grow into full sized ropes and bombs and such.
