Feedback Needed Having Formatting Issues with Review + Other Issue

I have finished writing my first review and am now finalizing it with images and formatting, but I can't seem to get the image centered in the middle of the page like other reviews have it. In the preview mode, it mostly just stays on the left or right even when I select no alignment. Does anyone know how to align the picture in the middle? Also, how would I add the article cover image? I know the review guidelines say that it will show up on the sidebar, but I'm not seeing anything and the drop-down just says none. I might just be stupid though.

Treat the image like a paragraph, click in the same paragraph, and look for:

If that doesn't work, turn on BB code, and do this:
[CENTER]your image here[/CENTER]

As for cover, the first image you insert defaults as the cover, you can change it when editing the article AFTER is posted, don't ask, that's just how it works.
