Recentemente terminei o jogo e ele é muito bom e subestimado.

Eu também adoro o pequeno mundo aberto. Não é grande o suficiente para ser cansativo, mas não é pequeno o suficiente para não ser interessante de explorar.

I was surprised by how well some of the story bits impacted me emotionally. Cutscene direction looked very cool too, especially towards the end where it cuts between Sebastian and Kidman back and forth. Its a solid story with interesting twists and turns for sure. As for the "open world" stuff I wasn't a big fan honestly, I much prefer linear structure of the first game. Also making a game with 3 villains was a weird choice in my opinion, because they felt like 3 different loosely jointed ideas and didn't get enough development.

My brother played it. He says it’s great.

I play it but not beat it , maybe I'll do it someday

Only the first one

Yeah, it was a funny game lol:

But didn't like it as much as I liked the 1st game. 1st game was memorable and it is a game I replay sometimes, even its trivial story DLC, but honestly 2nd game was trivial, not memorable much. What I remember is it just took place in one big gamemap with so much walking around and around same places. I did finish the game but honestly remember nothing about the game. I don't remember the story but I remember how boring and "generic" it was. Perhaps it was because of generic "crazy villain popularity" in games back then so it was like Far Cry 3 shit all again lol. It was "fun" while I played it but it didn't leave any taste for me whatsoever. 3/10 it was an empty game lol.

LOL to the crazy user who gave The Evil Within 2 a 3/10. Completely clueless about gaming.

Evil Within 2 is an improvement over the first game on every aspect. Better inventory system, better skill progression, better weapon handling, more personal and cohesive story and also better performance (and no forced letterbox aspect at launch like the first game). Yes, maybe the villain was underwhelming and the "final fight with a huge monster" was cliche but it leads to an emotional and satisfying ending. The art direction and atmosphere of the first few minutes alone shows a far superior product. (Plus they made an awesome cover of "Ordinary World" by Duran Duran which is played in the credits)

There are 2 boss battles which are callbacks to bosses from the first game which I think were unnecessary but they are quick so that's not a huge issue. And also I don't understand the criticism towards the "open world" aspect since the area is not that big and it was beneficial to the game in my opinion. It's also present on only one section of the game, after that it becomes linear again.

Unfortunately sales were below Capcom's expectations at the time. The developer Tango Gameworks was later sold to Microsoft in 2021 and closed by them last year, only to be bought by Krafton this year. So in theory we could still have a third installment but chances are slim which is a shame.

You are so ignorant you are completely clueless about subjectivity and how people are as if you came from another galaxy lol. Being ignorant and therefore being narrow minded enough to believe only your BS should matter to others is worst than being crazy or so many words that are curse words lol.

Your "objective points" is not what I care about at all, I liked the first game better for whatever it has instead. Your logic is kinda like saying "I like Contra Force but not Call of Duty games" and then you list "objective superiority" about Call of Duty games that is just your own version of subjectivity to justify why a person should like the game as if the world revolves around you and you are the only person who knows the "objective truth" that everyone should obey, otherwise they are crazy. As a result you are not objective, you are just a fascist, worse than a contrarian lol. After all I'm no video game magazine who have to be objective about this topic or something anyway so you are too serious about it dude chill lol.

Before I ignore you I decided to give you one more chance to "straighten up", but if you continue this BS further you will realize my subjectivity is powerful enough to ignore your whole "objective existence" as if you were never existed. And then I know in 10 minutes I'll forget about your existence.
