Have a follow request as an option

I'm sure there's people that join that are just using the site for forums only that don't want followed, so I think it'd be a good idea to have this as an option for everyone. Basically someone would send you a follow request and if you didn't want them to follow you then you can delete the follow request.

why would you want to decline it tho? Not like following does anything here.
A separate "friends list" would be interesting though, a decline system would make sense for that.

I'd say some people may not be interested in being followed if they're not active on sites.

Eh, ya know honestly, I don't care if people follow or not. If you want a follow, I'll click the button no harm, no foul, ya know. I don't see it as anything bad or the like since it really doesn't do anything, honestly.

Allows you to see the status updates and activity of those you follow through a separated feed. It's also a sort of friend's list.

You get notifications when people you follow post something or react to something. Those notifications are located here:

I think the follow button should actually set you up with the means to actually follow said person. They issue you a home close by to them, and equip you with all the necessary tools to stalk the person. MODS GET ON IT

This thread was probably created because this person got uncomfortable when I just pressed Follow because I just liked a couple of posts.

I already made time ago a suggestion like this thinking on people that doesn't like it.
Waffles and others know.

I don't use the feed, don't like to 'follow' everything someone does, I just use it to remember or bookmark users that I like or to see later if I may like what they share, I cannot remember all and it's all random encounters otherwise.
