Cartoons Has anyone here watched Disenchantment?

I can't say I have, and that's largely because I keep forgetting it exists.

It looks like a really fun experience, but I can't get over the fact that a show "manned" and staffed by so much The Simpsons and Futurama talent (from writers to voice actors) doesn't seem to be talked about at all, at least on the circles I run in.

Have you watched it? Meant to? If so, what was your experience with it? Would you recommend it?

I saw the first few seasons and enjoyed it! (I also forgot it existed during the wait between S2 and S3 I think lol) My friends who went on to watch all of it say it's better than the simpsons and futurama since it's more narratively focused (which sounds like a high bar since I really liked futurama!) so it's probably worth checking out!

It's like the Princess Bride meets Futurama. The trailer is edited like a romcom from the 90's. I'll take a look at it.

Years ago, it seems I actually forgot it existed, honestly. I think it was season one, but not even all of it.
I caught bits and pieces here and there.

Just watched the first episode. Reminds me of the first season of Futurama. Don't see much Simpson's influence, but there are echoes of it. Doesn't appear to be cursed like many Netflix productions are.

Not myself, but my mom and big siblings loved it, to the point they discussed it in the phone and every new season they watched it in binge as if it was a movie, honestly i am more of a Futurama guy

It was far better than I expected; I watched it back when it was still brand new and coming out, but I don't think I watched the entire show. Very funny, very unexpected.
