Considering that this thing was/is at the start of only a gazillion YouTube videos, statistically at least one of us must have been like "fuck it" and downloaded it.

What can you tell us about it if you did?

I always thought that they were trying way too hard to oversell the game, and that the promotional footage they distributed for their partners to use looked extremely artificial as far as gameplay goes, but maybe that's not the case at all. Maybe those clips actually are representative of the experience as a whole.

I knew a carpenter on a jobsite I was on who would keep his phone hooked up to a charger all day didn’t matter where he was at, and he was just constantly playing raid shadow legends it was crazy. He also smelled bad.

I did and as far as auto-battler garbage goes it's one of the worst things I've ever had the displeasure of playing, go play Dungeon Squad instead if you want a game that plays itself, at least it's a one time purchase.

I remembered this time I was stalking checking on Karl Jobst reddit's account and there were a bunch of posts asking for advice on specific things from Raid Shadow Legends' gameplay, suggesting he actually plays the game. I was like o_O

I treat ad reads as warnings of what not to buy, if you have to get a random talking head on youtube to market your product chances are it's not very good. Or a scam, good chances are your product is a scam.

The only things I really remember is that the ingame chat was filled with bots
and that it was supposed to be a "dark fantasy"
and that you could have the game basically play itself so then you could maybe leave the game running while you played something else.

I only installed it (on my computer cause I'm not installing that on my phone) for a quick laugh, and I've never touched it since.
