Is this the version that fixed that game breaking Bug when you marry?

I can't find anything that says its fixed but someone posted a way to avoid it:

1. Propose on the 23rd of summer or fall (the first day of the following month must not be a festival day!)
2. The marriage date will be set 1 week later
3. The very day before the marriage takes place, overwork yourself until you pass out!
4. You will awake in the clinic, they'll tell you to rest a day
5. You'll see the marriage event after that. Now the glitch shouldn't happen
