Even though it may be the weakest in terms of gameplay (or second weakest if you prefer it over superstar saga) it dosen't take away that it has one of the best stories in any mario game, just the scope and greatness of the cover art says it all, pretty much having some of the best antagonists in any nintendo game, altough the actual final boss was unecessary, also the score by yoko shimomura is some of the best on the ds (along with bowser's inside story)
