I agree with this tier list, saved me making one myself.

Reach didn't have the charm of the other bungie games and they were clearly getting burnout so they made it a bit more like the shooters of the time than halo, great game, but not Halo enough for me.

5 sucks ass though and 4 isn't great but definitely not as bad as 5

I also haven't played many (so I can't really compare O_o), but Halo 1 and 2 were so much fun, great memories with friends and I think Halo 2 was the only console game I played a lot online.

Now, Infinite is missing, but it is on C tier. I would put 5 and Infinite on even lower tiers if I could. Halo 4 saves itself because the campaign is good, even "touching" in the good parts (and awful in others, ngl)

I honestly forgot about how much they went hard on that model of Cortana lol, I'll always give Halo 4 that at least.

Very good tier list overall, I always love to see Halo 2 and Halo 3 close to each other (even if Legendary Halo 2 made me go on my own insanity playing it).

Halo 3's campaign on Heroic is one of the best gaming experiences ever. The story, the set pieces, the levels, the vehicles/weapons. Everything felt perfect; Bungie went above and beyond.

and the fact that you can play it with up to 4 players is literally insane for a 2007 game.

Halo Infinite gets it's own tier. Absolute insufferable dogshit tier.

I can’t make a list due to only playing 1. That said, the game impressed me even today with its super fast loading on original hardware (even faster than most games today literally how), and I love just exploring the big levels and engaging in the larger battles with fellow soldiers by my side. The game does a great job of making you feel like the main character through gameplay. A certified classic of a game, and one that I honestly feel isn’t very respected in the modern day due to just how badly Microsoft messed up the XBox brand and Halo at large later on.

Don’t let modern XBox sucking fool you: the original and 360 are still great consoles, and Halo 1 is an sci-fi action blockbuster in video game form.

I've played perhaps 20 minutes of Halo... 2? It was in a metal box, but that's it. I just know people love them. I think Crackdown came with a demo or something for Halo 3 but I feel like I gave it to my friend's little brother.

He's talking about the Halo 2 Limited Collector's Edition. I have the same copy, it came with the "Conversations from the Universe" lorebook, and a behind the scenes DVD.

Didn't play the others and this is all campaign based. Also not nostalgia based either as I didn't beat the campaigns until the xbox one gen. Only flaw in Halo 1's campaign is

The last mission with the warthog escape fuck that mission

Halo 2 has a cliff hanger and that brings the campaign down to Halo 3 which was epic until the end which I didn't really find captivating. Halo infinite I am like half way through but enjoy what I have played.

Halo 4 looks cool and I am on the last two missions but my game crashed and I gave up.

Order within tier matters. Honestly its splitting hairs with most of em tho, the order can switch on a dime and the only 2 Halo games I've come close to disliking are Spartan Assault and Fireteam Raven. Halo 5's abysmal story presentation is saved by having such an amazing multiplayer and one of the most fun campaigns to co-op in the series. Reach has easily my least fav campaign and multiplayer but its Halo so even the worst Halo is still something I prefer to most other FPS.
