PSP Gta Liberty City Stories not working properly on Playstation Portable

No, I'm not playing with an emulator. I'm running it on a PSP and the fps drops occasionally.

Unfortunately it lags a lot on real hardware. How bad is it on your end?

Not all games run at consistent rate on the native hardware (on an emulator its easy to maintain 30fps and even patch it to run at 60).
General tip: Disable all plugin and overclock the device if possible. (also make sure your on "Inferno").

It's normal ?. The game runs like that even on the PS2 port

There is no fps drop that makes it unplayable. However when it rains, When the car smokes, the FPS drops significantly, but it is still playable. I thought it would work at a stable 30 fps, that's why I wrote it.
