They Companies are just to greedy for there own good.They will see when most people besides some rich people won't buy there games,as even hardcore fanatic fans are not always rich enough to support such scammy decisions.

Is Gta6 even going to be good just because it has the GTA name ?.I can only advice to wait and see even if you can afford the game.Rockstar is not the same company it once was.Don't buy a game just because it shares the IP of your beloved game always wait for Reviews and Videos of Gameplay to drop first.

It was discussed in the xbox forum. Besides, is it really that surprising? People openly admit they pay $80 or even $100 for an additional $5 of content for their $60 game.

I guess having checkpoints during missions and not having to go back to safehouses to save your game is a good incentive.

But we don't know how buggy Gta6 is even going to be compared to San Andreas and Vice City,as new games tend to be released unfinished and very buggy nowadays.

Back in the day they could at least not release a completely broken game otherwise it would have not sold,and they could not fix it via update later so it had to be playable.Sure it had some bugs even back then but those where features as we call them ;).

Saw a guy on YouTube saying that he believes Rockstar is hoping that by the time GTA6 comes out $100+ prices for standard edition titles will be normal. To say nothing of the DLC and what-not.

Pretty well agree with that assessment.

Just wait for them to release the base game close to 100 punchs then finish them with dlcs that complete the kill price

I don't think I'll play it until there is a price discount, the precendent Nintendo made is way too big to just not "follow".
